ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Kyle Kinney

Kyle Kinney joins SVNWalt Arnold Commercial Brokerage Inc. in 2020. He grew up Albuquerque and has been exposed to, and worked in, the construction industry since he was very young. His parents own an electrical contracting company that specializes in fiber optics, communications and data cabling. This family business had Kyle spending a lot of his time on job sites such as Kirtland Air Force Base, Sandia and Los Alamos National Laboratories, and APS, to name as few. As such, Kyle has a unique understanding of hard work, creative problem solving, and ingenuity needed to accomplish any and all jobs and goals.

In 2011, he and a business partner started and continue to operate, The Dirty Bourbon Dance Hall and Saloon, a local and extremely popular Country Western bar in Albuquerque. Six years later, he and his same partner expanded to a second location and built a new version of The Dirty Bourbon in Colorado Springs, Colorado, known as The Whiskey Baron Dance Hall and Saloon. With his extensive construction experience, Kyle took on the position and responsibility of the General Contractor (GC) for this large buildout .
