ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Kydin Nourazar

Kydin joined the KLNB Office Division in 2019, providing office advisory services with a specialization in General Services Administration (GSA) and government real estate leasing.

Prior to joining KLNB, Kydin served as a Branch Chief for the GSA where he managed an acquisition division focusing on the leasing, construction, facilities management and other real estate related services for a portfolio of government-owned and commercially leased buildings. Some of the major government agencies he provided services for throughout his career included the White House, FBI, FDA, IRS, NIH, FAA, Department of Justice and Department of Housing and Urban Development. He also held an Unlimited Contracting Officer warrant allowing him to procure an unlimited dollar amount of supplies and services on behalf of the Federal Government.
