Kurt joined Moody Rambin as an Owner Representative in the Office Services Division in 2012. With more than 20 years of experience, Kurt offers a unique perspective having worked in all disciplines including Landlord Representation, Asset Management and Tenant Representation. Kurt's leasing performance in Class A and B buildings, as well as tougher assignments including under performing Class C buildings, has consistently out performed the market place. Prior to joining Moody Rambin, Kurt closed over 560 transactions totaling 2.3 million square feet during a seven and a half year period. Kurt believes in tailoring a specific market plan for each individual asset.
