Kristen joined the brokerage team at Sutton Real Estate Company in 2015. Previously, Kristen has held client service positions in advertising agencies in New York City, Boston and Central New York. She provides a high level of service to her clients, bringing value to their business. Kristen graduated from Le Moyne College in 2004, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Marketing Concentration. Kristen focuses on medical office leases and sales. Some key sale accomplishments are representing a buyer in an investment purchase of five buildings in a retailoffice complex, representing a buyer in the purchase of a 43,590 sf warehouse, and representing the owner of a 24,000 sf of professional office building. Kristen has also represented tenants and landlords in numerous lease office agreements, as well as medical office and retail.
