Growing up in a real estate investment-influenced family, Kimberly has always had a strong interest in real estate. Prior to joining SVN, Kimberly provided real estate advising and consultation services for clients in the Greater Bay Area, including Monterey County, some of which include long-term leasing contracts for office space and working with various property investors.

In addition to real estate, she has recently worked in the commercial and civil construction industries specializing in Business Development and Strategic Marketing for a global firm. She was responsible for proposal management and sales and marketing. Through her professional experience, she provided expert market knowledge and perspectives from the client's point of view.

Kimberly's extensive experience in marketing and sales in the construction and real estate industries, for over 10 years, provides SVN | Capital West Partners' clients with a considerable depth of knowledge and capability. Her specialties include investment sales, office leasing on behalf of landlords and tenants, medical office leasing and sales, location analysis, and corporate real estate services. She is a member of SVN's Office, Leasing, Medical Office, and Corporate Services Product Councils.

Kimberly graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Business Marketing.
