Kim has more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience. Kim joined KLNB in 2015 after leading the Retail Services Group in Washington, DC for Savills Studley. Prior to Savills Studley, Kim was part of the Retail Investment Sales team at CBRE focusing on shopping center sales in the Mid-Atlantic region.

At KLNB, Kim specializes in representing full-service restaurants, fast-casual restaurants, fitness operators and service retailers in Washington, DC. Kim also works with Landlords on the repositioning of their retail as well as users looking to acquire sites specifically in the DC market.
