Kienan comes from an extensive background in local government as a City Planner for the City of Fort Wayne, but began is commercial real estate career in 2013. Since 2013 he has been involved in over $50 million in real estate transaction. He assists institutional clients, corporate clients, and individuals across the United States. He is the current District 2 State Representative for the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors (ICBR), a current board member for the CDC (Community Development Corporation) of Northeast Indiana, a former chair member of YLNI (Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana), and an active member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).
