Kevin Wattenbarger, CCIM, is the Market Director and Qualifying Broker of SVN Southland Commercials Panama City, FL office. He has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, focusing on retail, office, industrial, investment properties, and commercial land. He has vast brokerage and ownership experiences, including development, construction, project and asset management, and partnership structures. As one of northwest Floridas regions most trusted and top-producing professionals, he provides his clients with insightful market intelligence and unparalleled execution to achieve their desired results.

Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Wattenbarger served as an infantryman in the United States Army. He is a veteran of multiple combat tours supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom. While serving with the Armys 3rd Infantry and 1st Armored Divisions in Iraq, Wattenbarger received the Combat Infantrymans Badge CIB, Army Commendation Medal ARCOM, and multiple awards for meritorious service to the country.

Upon completing military service with an honorable discharge, Wattenbarger earned double Bachelor of Science degrees in Real Estate and Finance from Florida State University FSU. Wattenbarger holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member CCIM 15083 designation, earning him an expert in site selection, development, leasing, valuation, and investment analysis. He is a consistent top producer in the region and ranks in the top 1 based on total volume within the Central Panhandle Association of Realtors and has received multiple awards for high annual production volume within the SVN organization.

Wattenbarger serves on various government, industry, and non-profit boards. He is currently serving on the board of directors for the Bay County Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the CCIM Institute. He has previously served as Co-Chair for the Florida CCIM Chapter, was a 2007 recipient of the CCIM Designation Scholarship, and is an alumnus of the Bay County Chamber of Commerces Leadership Bay program. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers ICSC, and past president of the Bay High School Foundation.

Additionally, Wattenbarger is an alumnus of Leadership Bay with the Bay County Chamber of Commerce. Kevin is married to his wife, Maggie Marler-Wattenbarger. Together, they are the proud parents to their daughter, Avery 8, and son, Andrew 5.
