ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Kevin Platt

Kevin graduated from Emory University in Atlanta in 1987 and joined Smith & Associates Real Estate in 1988. Kevin has focused on Commercial Real Estate since 1991. As a third-generation resident of the Tampa Bay area, Kevin is able to utilize a historical perspective of the Tampa Bay region to help guide clients as they navigate the Tampa market.

Kevin maintains membership in the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors as well as Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association and has achieved awards for extraordinary sales and leasing production for various asset classes. 2014 NAR presented Kevin the National Commercial Award for outstanding achievement in the commercial real estate industry.

Kevin has successfully developed specific marketing programs for a wide range of asset classes including Retail, Office, Industrial, and Multifamily product which have consistently generated sale valuations that were favorably received by clients.

Kevin enjoys playing USTA Tennis, Golf, and Back Country Fishing but most of all, living in Florida.
