Even though RISE represents office and industrial tenants, many become landlords or sellers for whom we maintain our relationship and earn their property listings. Krueger is the lead broker for 2 buildings consisting of 20,000 square feet with 7 small bay warehouses for lease in central Miami's Little River Business District at 6689 NE 2nd Avenue.

Retail is the most challenging but fun sector for which Krueger's previous career as a Boston shopkeeper now manifests into an empathetic broker who develops our clients' big picture and bottom line goals. A favorite project near completion is a craft beer tasting room which RISE negotiated a smart lease to open spring 2021 and he continues seeking to develop their new brewery build out as well. With his previous career in sports marketing, Krueger successfully negotiated warehouse leases for the Miami Tennis Open and Sports Art Illustrated as well as Physical Therapy Now's franchisee clinics.

Krueger serves a dual role as our boutique brokerage firm's Chief Marketing Officer, guiding the firm's branding, design, social, web and networking-events management. For instance, on Give Miami Day each November we produce our RISE Realty Roast standup comedy show as a Foodbank fundraiser. Our charity event's beneficiary is the 101-year old Jewish Community Services that discreetly serves over 400 families weekly from their North Miami kosher foodbank. Not too coincidentally, our Little River warehouse landlord client was JCS' board president.

Some RISE clients inspired Krueger to create Miami Athletic Association, which unites Sports Marketing Managers with South Florida's long thriving Hospitality industry to promote Sports Tourism. Prior to joining RISE, Coach Kev operated a creative sports apparel brand SupahFans Streetwear which included a popular urban retail boutique in his hometown Boston. His small business experience ensures our clients receive a higher level of empathetic understanding of their operations, staffing, marketing, lease negotiations, finance, and exit strategies.

Miami's Realtors Association selected Kevin A. Krueger as one of its 20 Governors for its 2021 Leadership Board. Kevin A Krueger graduated with his B.A. from Boston College and M.B.A. from Babson College and is a leading contributor to both South Florida alumni chapters.
