Kevin Bayless is a Vice President & Partner at Lee & Associates-Irvine, Inc., a full service commercial real estate company and a member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. Mr. Bayless specializes in the representation of owners, developers, and investors within Coastal Orange County.

Mr. Bayless joined Lee & Associates in July 2015 as a Vice President working alongside Ryan Harman. The two have formed a powerful coastal orange county brokerage team (Coastal Investment Group) and have sold more commercial and income properties than any other brokerage team in their respective market over the last 7 years.

Prior to working for Lee & Associates, Mr. Bayless worked as an Associate with Marcus & Millichap starting in 2003 and moved onto Voit Real Estate Services in 2006. From there he moved to Lincoln Property Company in 2013 and finally joined Lee & Associates in 2015 to firmly establish Coastal Investment Group within the Lee & Associates framework. Kevin is recognized as a top performer in the Industry and a leader in the coastal market place with commercial and multi-family properties.
