Kendra Roberts is a partner at SHOP Oklahoma focusing on all aspects of the retail real estate industry including tenant representation, landlord representation, and the sale of retail properties. Kendra works daily with developers to identify and acquire property for end-users as well as create strategies for attracting and retaining quality tenants within shopping centers. She provides strategic advisory services to commercial property owners and investors, working to maximize asset awareness and stabilize occupancy through leasing and tenant retention.

Prior to joining SHOP Oklahoma, Kendra spent 5 years on the retail team at CBRE, Inc of Oklahoma focusing the leasing and sale of retail properties. Kendra worked on a number of national and local retailers on the identification and selection of real estate locations throughout Oklahoma. Prior to joining CBRE, Inc Oklahoma, Kendra spent 3 years at The Retail Connection in Dallas, where she gained extensive industry knowledge and experience.
