Kendall Ibsen is a Senior Vice President who plays a dual role in both project leasing and tenant representation with an emphasis on landlord representation. Ibsen specializes in traditional project leasing, mixed-use, high-profile retail assets, ground up, existing big box and shop space leasing. Her passion for the business is contagious.

Having started her real estate career at Kimco, Ibsen quickly established relationships with some of the nation's top retailers. She then joined MGHerring as a leasing representative and was directly involved with the leasing of over 750,000 SF of prime retail in some of the highest profile projects in Texas. Since joining The Retail Connection, Ibsen has been directly involved in leasing over 5 million SF of retail space in the DFW area.

Kendall lives in Dallas with her husband Trey, and their two children, Taylor and Drew.
