ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Ken Richardson

Ken Richardson brings over 30 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, leadership, and business development to Vantage Commercial. He developed his passion for real-estate during his corporate career. Ken's logistics and process background has allowed for a deep understanding of business and building systems within manufacturing facilities and warehousing. Over his career, he has led the building and renovation of multiple projects, including lab space, corporate office buildings, and manufacturing space. Ken firmly believes in constantly challenging oneself to achieve growth, desired results, and success. He began with a vocational education and then received his AAS in Electro-Mechanical engineering. Ken later received his BAS in Business and General Management and is certified as a Lean Black Belt and Kaizen Leader. Ken is an astute negotiator with a keen ability to adapt to his client's needs. He is acutely aware that knowing his client's business objectives leads to developing an effective strategy for success. Ken's recent projects include relocating an international business within the tri-state region. Ken's client list includes high net worth individuals, investment groups, and large companies. He currently sits on the board of the Doctor's Advisory Alliance and serves on the Habitat for Humanity Restore Committee.
