Since joining Mercer Company in 2014, Keenan has transacted more than 5 million square feet of industrial space in DFW with a transaction volume in excess of $200,000,000. In 2021 he joined the ranks as Vice President, while continuing to specialize in the Valwood & Stemmons Corridor industrial markets. Keenan focuses his work on the leasing and sales of industrial real estate property in the DallasFort Worth area.
