ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Kaylynn Kissenberth

Kaylynn is a member of JLL Florida's Retail Advisory Services team based in Central Florida. As an Orlando native, she brings a wealth of market knowledge to the team. Kaylynn works with members of our team on both key agency leasing and tenant representation assignments and is focused on providing high value support to both her internal teammates as well as their clients. Her role includes supporting the agency team with prospecting and qualifying prospective tenants. She is also responsible for site selection, preliminary underwriting, due diligence and assisting in closing transactions for her tenant rep clients.

Kaylynn began her career in commercial real estate as Leasing Representative at Weingarten Realty, a national REIT. During her time as a Leasing Representative, she assisted in leasing their Florida portfolio of power centers and grocery anchored centers across Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville as well as renewed existing tenants (1.8 &47;- million GLA). Prior to Weingarten, Kaylynn interned for GroceryAnchored.com. Kaylynn strengthened her knowledge in NNN transactions by evaluating and tracking data of numerous tenants across Florida. In addition to this, she analyzed data for 25,000 grocery anchored properties across the US. Kaylynn continued to evolve in the business as she sharpened her skills within the technology component of commercial real estate. Kaylynn worked as an Account Executive at Resquared, a startup that helps landlords and brokers prospect for local and regional businesses.
