Kay is a native Lubbockite, allowing her to see the phenomenal growth Lubbock has experienced. Kay graduated from Midwestern University in Wichita Falls, TX. Prior to real estate she was involved for several years in the medical community as a Registered Radiographer. Kay is married to Gerald Ward, VP of Sales at US Foods. Kay and Gerald have two sons, Brandon 26 and Matthew 24. The entire family loves all kinds of sports; especially Red Raider football, basketball, & baseball.
