Katie Trott represents office and industrial end users on strategic commercial real estate needs. She focuses on transaction management, determining relocation alternatives, negotiating new and existing leases, as well as disposition of leased and owned space for local and national end users. During her time at CNL Commercial Real Estate, Katie was a member of the acquisition and disposition team as well as spearheaded leasing on company-owned entities in Tampa, Florida.

Prior to FoundryCNL, Katie served on the Corporate Advisory Services team at Trammell Crow Company, negotiating and closing commercial real estate deals across the country. She began her career as a commercial real estate appraiser at Integra Realty Resources valuing numerous property types.
