ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Karen Catuogno

Karen is a licensed broker in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. She works in both the commercial and residential markets, as well as business brokerage. She has a diverse client base. She graduated with a B.S. in Urban Development from the University of Rhode Island, followed by law school in Massachusetts. After more than thirty years in the practice of law in Massachusetts, she decided to focus full time on real estate and joined Don Morash as an owner at Abbott Properties LLC. Karen works daily with residential, commercial and business brokerage clients as well spending time on business and talent development at the agency. Karen holds the Certified International Property Specialist "CIPS" designation, helping international clients with US real estate needs. Karen's motto is Love Your Life and she lives her motto every day when working with her real estate clients. Karen challenges herself with skiing in the winter, sailing beautiful Narragansett Bay in the summer, yoga daily and enjoys entertaining family and friends year-round in her South County home. Karen and her husband Ray are the parents of three beautiful and accomplished adult children.
