Karah specializes in Office Agency Leasing at Foundry Commercial. Karah handles a portfolio of over 2.6 million SF for clients including New York Life, Cousins Properties, Third & Urban, Prudential, Dominion Realty Partners, Redline Property Partners, Long Warf, and BentallGreenOak. Her responsibilities and experience in the Agency Leasing field allow her to assist clients with complex projects, integral research, marketing efforts and sophisticated market analysis to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Karah spent two years working for Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimers Agency Services team. Before Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, Karah was an Account Manager for a technology staffing firm. She delivered technical staff augmentation and technical project management solutions for her clients.

Karah is a native North Carolinian and a graduate of East Carolina University. Karah was honored as a rising leader in the CRCBR Leadership Class in 2018, and has been recognized as a CRCBR Deal Makers Award recipient for the last five years. She is a top performer at Foundry Commercial, and was a Top 5 Producer within the platform in 2019.
