ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Justin Leewood

Justin is a graduate of the California Polytechnic University of Pomona. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate and Law and is an alumni member of the fraternity of Sigma Chi.

Justin specializes in the lease and sale of industrial and office buildings in the east San Gabriel Valley and the Inland Empire. He represents sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants and investors in real estate transactions and consulting assignments. Justin and his partners, Todd Launchbaugh, Mark White, and Marketing Coordinator Renee Hooke, have developed a synergistic marketing team that has provided excellent results for a combined total of over fourty-five (45) years.

Justin has lived in his market area since 1984 and knows the commercial areas well. Over this time he has built strong relationships with local business and building owners, as well as city officials in his market.

Since 2007, Justin has been part of selling and leasing over 3,303,000 square feet of commercial real estate with over $147,900,000 of total consideration. His goal is to use his knowledge of the area and the market, as well as his strong work ethic to maximize value to his clients and help them reach their goals.
