Justin Fenn is a GSA office specialist in the firms Columbus office, where he represents buyers and sellers of single and multi-tenant investment properties throughout the country. He has represented buyers and sellers of GSA (General Services Administration) and U.S. government assets, state government, government contractors and medical office buildings (MOB) among other specific office and industrial product sub-types.

Notable sales include a $12.7 million portfolio of four multi-tenant centers in Arkansas, Colorado and Oklahoma, a $5.15 million GSA-anchored mixed use center in West Virginia, a $4 million MOB-anchored center and a $3.5 million government contractor asset both in Tennessee and a $4.05 million two-unit GSA-anchored office portfolio in Houston. He recently sold state credit government assets in Oregon and Pennsylvania with additional government listings under contract in Vermont, Kentucky and Oregon.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap in 2013, Justin began selling real estate in 2002 at John Fenn Realty in Bellevue, Ohio. Justin graduated from Miami University in 2004 with a bachelors degree in English: Journalism. He then obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2007. He also has office research and commercial construction experience with The Superior Group, a Columbus-based electrical contractor. Notably, he has appeared with partner Dan Yozwiak on Negotiate Anything, the #1 rated negotiation podcast in the world. In 2022, Justin became a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and received the SIOR designation after completing the rigorous production and experience requirements. He has also appeared as a panelist on the BWG Strategy Industrial Real Estate Q&A. Hedge funds have ranked BWG as a best-in-class research firm for its content and panel design.
