ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT J.R. Rudicil

Jeff R. Rudicil (J.R.) is a member of NAI Skyway National Partners Industrial and Office Services brokerage team in the Tampa Bay region, representing both landlords and tenants.

Prior to joining NAI, J.R. spent seven years as a Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent with Alterra Real Estate Advisors where he worked on a team responsible for over two million square feet of listings in Columbus, Ohio. He specialized in tenant and landlord representation for the sales and leasing of industrial, flex, office and medical office properties.

J.R. received his bachelors degree from John Carroll University, where he was a member of the JCU Tennis Team. In his spare time, J.R. is a sports enthusiast with a passion for golf, Mediterranean food and outdoor activities. He is also active in the Pets for Vets nonprofit organization to help make a difference in the lives of Veterans and rescued animals. JR and his wife reside in St Petersburg.
