In 2013, Pardue attended the companys coveted annual retreat, reserved for the firms top-producing investment brokers. Before joining Stan Johnson Company, Pardue was an investment sales broker at Colliers International where he was a top producer and a repeat recipient of the firms Largest Investment Sale Award. Pardue holds an MBA; a B.S. in finance; studied law in Australia; completed NAIOPs Developer Feasibility Analysis Program; CCIM Coursework and studied private equity placement and GLLP structures. He has visited more than 40 countries and is passionate about cultural experiences, politics, ocean sports, and mentoring.
