ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Josh Nadel

One of three owners of MPN, Principal and Associate Broker Joshua Nadel has worked in the real estate industry for over 35 years. His focus is investment sales, specializing in multi-family properties and mixed-use development opportunities, as well as adaptive re-use buildings.

A Philadelphia native, Joshua left the city to study at Berklee College of Music, where he received a Bachelor of Music degree. Returning to Philadelphia upon graduation, Joshua found himself entranced with the city's architecture, and decided to start working in the commercial real estate industry, where he would have the opportunity to connect people with property. He instantly fell in love with the industry for its creative and artistic elements and has remained dedicated to fostering high-level relationships with his clients, aiding them in solving complex problems with tenacity, humor, and compassion.

Prior to joining MPN in 1994, Joshua worked for Miller and Company Real Estate and The Berman Development Corporation. During his time at MPN, he has most enjoyed creating something from nothing more than an idea and is well-regarded for being an enthusiastic collaborator, working diligently with each member of his team to bring new ideas to life across the Philadelphia market.

Joshua currently resides in West Mount Airy with his wife and son. He is an active member of BIA, and he remains passionate about listening to and creating jazz music, as well as Philadelphia sports, spending time in nature, and walking through a building for the very first time.
