ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Joshua Kohn

Mr. Kohn is the Broker for Kohn Commercial Real Estate. He is a results driven professional with over 15 years of commercial real estate experience in South Florida. Joshua joined the company in 2007 when he saw an opportunity for property management. He has extensive experience in repositioning under-utilized properties by changing the use of those properties and supervising any necessary transition. Born and raised in Miami, he has seen the growth and development of the area firsthand.

He has further expertise in lease negotiations, portfolio management & development, budgeting, design and construction, and project and team management. He also has a strong understanding of governing regulations, local permitting processes, jurisdictions, zoning, and building departments. Mr. Kohn is creative and resourceful with solid problem-solving abilities. His core strengths are in property due diligence, marketing, leasing, real estate acquisition, negotiations, and asset management.
Joshua serves on the leadership boards for the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida (CIASF), and the Miami Commercial board within the Miami Association of Realtors. He is a volunteer coach with Special Olympics Florida, with the Miami Dade Paddleboard team 305SUP.
