Joshua is a Vice President at Bradley Company. He provides project and transactional management for both local and multinational occupiers and owners of commercial real estate. With a wide range of expertise, including being able to speak multiple languages (English, Spanish, Hebrew), Joshua has established himself as a knowledgeable resource for his clients across the country and beyond.

Joshua specializes in office, industrial, and retail tenant representation where he represents clients looking to divest assets or make financial decisions concerning real estate. Joshua loves meeting new people and creating relationships that last a lifetime. Being raised in a Jewish household, the fundamental value of Tikkun Olam (repairing of the world) drives Joshua to be the best version of himself, to ensure he can help others achieve their dreams, goals, and ambitions. His success is measured by the success of those he helps.

Prior to joining Bradley Company, Joshua was a Technology Consultant at Sondhi Solutions in Indianapolis. In this role, he provided technical expertise to Marion Countys government agencies. He grew up in the real estate world but spent his first few years out of college learning the ins and outs of technology. In addition to technical support, he implemented an update of Marion Countys hardware and software technologies. Joshua received his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Informatics and minors in both Business and Spanish from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN.
