ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Josh Weiner

Josh Weiner joined KLNB in 2014, and brings with him 8 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He is a retail specialist concentrating in both landlord and tenant representation in Virginia, Maryland. Josh has advised both local and institutional landlords as well as a variety of regional and national tenants expanding in the mid-Atlantic.

Josh is proud to represent many Tenant and Landlord clients. Josh also works with developers, investors, and owners throughout Maryland and Virginia to find sites for their next project, to purchase land, or other assets for development.

Previously to KLNB, Josh had nearly a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry working with both Renaud Consulting and Thur and Associates. Josh currently resides in Loudoun County, Virginia with his wife and is the proud father of three children, and loves to travel cheering on the Washington DC sports teams.
