Josh Tammen is a Hospitality specialist in the firm's Phoenix office. As an Associate, he exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the West. Josh has more than three years of experience in the real estate industry and has closed over 10 investment real estate transactions valued over $80 Million during his career. In his short time at Marcus and Millichap, Josh has received the Rookie of the Year award and was a Sales Recognition Award winner in 2017.

Josh is a member of the National Hospitality Group. He graduated with a Bachelors in Business, Finance, and Marketing from Arizona State University and holds a real estate license in Arizona.
