Josh Siegelman is an Executive Vice President at RIPCO Real Estate, specializing in owner and tenant representation, as well as advisory services. He joined in April 2019 following a decade at Winick Realty Group, where he was EVP and Partner.

With over ten years of experience in retail real estate, Joshs expertise is wide and varied to include ground-up development retail planning, hotel restaurants and retail, retail concourses, strategic concept expansions, and traditional storefronts. He has negotiated successful leases on behalf of ELK Investors, Jeff Greenes Florida Sunshine Investments, Ascot Properties, Jakobson Properties, The Brodsky Organization, Jonis Realty, Tri-Star Equities, and TF Cornerstone, and many more. For his tenant clients, Josh leverages his substantial experience in strategic concept expansion plans to help securing flagship locations, store relocations, renewals, and dispositions.

He has been awarded numerous local and national accolades for his accomplishments, including The Commercial Observer, Top 30 Under 30 (2012), Chain Store Age Magazine, Real Estate Top 10 Under 40 & Ones To Watch (2014), and New York Real Estate Journal, Executive of The Month: November (2014).

Josh attends real estate events across the globe, including the United States and Canada-based conventions for The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and MAPIC in Cannes, France. Additionally, he is a published columnist and has actively contributed to The Commercial Observer, The Mann Report, New York Real Estate Journal, and Northeast Real Estate Business Magazine. Josh is a member of the ICSC.
