Before joining Colliers International in 2017, Josh owned his own boutique real estate firm, Alpine Commercial and prior to that worked at CB Richard Ellis, Inc. for seven years.

Josh specializes retail leasing and disposition helping buyerstenants and tenantslandlords reach their real estate goals. He focuses on tenant representation, site selection analysis, multi-store rollouts, shopping center leasing, and ground-up development. In addition, Josh offers consulting services, helping clients work with other third-party vendors .As a Wisconsin native, Josh understands trends specific to the area.
