ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Josh Hubka

Josh Hubka is a founding Principal of Commercial Industrial Properties and specializes in commercial land, development, and investment opportunities. Since starting his career in commercial real estate in 2005, he has completed more than $200M in land transactions, ranging from 20,000 sf downtown lots to large 400 acre mixed-use developments. He enjoys the creativity that land brokerage provides, and his clients appreciate his ability to advise them throughout the entire development process.

Born in San Diego, Josh graduated from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles with a degree in Business Management and Economics, and he moved to Austin in 2005. In his free time, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children.
