ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Joseph Hentze

Joe Joined EVO real estate group towards the end of 2017. Prior to that Joe received his B.S in finance at Quinnipiac University. He found a passion for real estate following after his father, also Joe Hentze, from Hentze- Dor real estate. Joe Interned with Hentze-Dor during his summers, learning how to telephone canvas, show space, speak the real estate lingo and even closed a retail deal cradle to grave. He joined EVO to come to a full service brokerage firm and learn the Manhattan market. Since being here he is focusing on tenant rep under executive vice president, Mr. Arnold Gamberg. Joe has gained a deep understanding of Manhattan submarkets, mainly the garment center. He is a licensed salesperson in the state of New York and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
