Jordan Gorjian is the Chief Operating Officer at Gorjian Acquisitions and serves on its investment board.

Jordan oversees leasing for the 75 commercial properties in the Gorjian Acquisitions portfolio, manages the marketing and filling of vacancies, runs tenant-landlord relations, and spearheads the site selection process for all build-to-suit land acquisitions.

Jordan founded Gorjians leasing division in 2017. Since then, Gorjian established relationships with a vast number of national brands. He has and continues to help hundreds of local, regional, and national firms identify a property in the Gorjian portfolio. With Jordan at the helm of the leasing division, Gorjians national footprint and recognition has grown considerably.
