ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Jonathan Garritt

Jonathan (Jon) began his commercial real estate career in 2007 and has since developed extensive experience in all facets of retail leasing, sales and development.

Jon also has a vibrant landlord practice and works with several teams responsible for the lease up of approximately three million square feet of new and existing space for landlords including Washington Prime Group (formerly Simon), GBT Realty, Churn Family Trust, Leon Capital Group, VEREIT, Schwaber Holdings and others across the Mid-Atlantic.

He received his BA from Goucher College in Business Management, where he was a four-year varsity athlete in basketball.

Jon is a member of ICSC and a licensed real estate broker in Maryland and Virginia.
