Jonathan Forkner joined KW Commercial as Director, Commercial Brokerage Services in 2015. Our group is a client focused, commercial & investment real estate brokerage firm with offices in Eden Prairie, Burnsville, Maple Grove and Roseville, Minnesota.

Jonathan has over 14 years of successful commercial real estate experience in the Minnesota market. His attention to detail and ability to understand both sides of a transaction has led to many successfully negotiated deals on behalf of tenants, landlords, investors and ownersusers. He has a proven track record of completing complex transactions including client representation for disposition and acquisition of commercial real estate assets, 1031 Exchanges and leasing for both large, nationally known organizations as well as smaller, family- owned entities.
