ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT JohnMichael Brock

Jon-Michael joined Lees Industrial Brokerage Team in 2018, specializing in industrial real estate with a focus on sales and leasing throughout South Carolina. His dedication to working side by side with landlords, tenants, and buyers led to his success in earning the Rookie of the Year Award in 2018.

He grew up in Spartanburg, SC among a family full of real estate brokers and developers. He studied Real Estate at the College of Charleston and graduated with a degree in Communication.

Prior to Lee & Associates, Jon-Michael worked his way up the ranks at Charlestons King Street Commercial. He began as an intern, managing large multi-family leasing and development projects. He also headed up large-scale renovations of historic multi-family homes and student housing in Downtown Charleston, as well as multi-family housing in North Charleston.

After that successful internship, Jon-Michael began his professional brokerage career at King Street Commercial in 2016, doing general brokerage. Later he moved to SVN Commercial Real Estate Advisors where he concentrated on industrial and multi-family before Joining Lee & Associates Charleston.

Outside the office, Jon Michael participates in Charlestons Young Commercial Broker Association which he also founded.
