ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT John Strabel

With a career spanning more than 30 years focused primarily on marketing and leasing commercial real estate, John Strabel leads the Company's portfolio initiatives and lease negotiations in the Denver and Salt Lake City markets.

Based in First Industrials Denver office, as Senior Regional Director, he is responsible for overseeing the Company's regional portfolio of properties and nurturing key customer relationships. Prior to relocating to Denver, Mr. Strabel spent six successful years leading First Industrials Detroit and Cleveland regions.
