John joined Cushman & Wakefield - Boerke in 2017 as Director of CommunicationsMarketing. John was responsible for developing strategies for new business development in the key business lines of Brokerage and Capital Markets for Cushman & Wakefield - Boerke. In addition, he worked with brokers to prepare and execute marketing campaigns for listings throughout Wisconsin. He transitioned naturally to brokerage and has extensive knowledge of the market and how his clients should leverage real estate to achieve their goals. His transactional and interactive knowledge give Cushman & Wakefield - Boerke a strategic edge in an ever evolving market. Prior to working with Cushman & Wakefield - Boerke, John had 10 years of experience in sales including co-founding an E-commerce firm that partnered with one of the largest retailers in the country.
