ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT John Kelly

John Kelly serves as Principal, Brokerage Services for Foundry Commercial in the Raleigh, North Carolina office. He brings with him over 40 years of commercial real estate experience which has afforded him a career that encompasses a wide spectrum of real estate disciplines including assisting institutionalcorporate users and owners with the lease and sale of office and industrial properties. He has worked on some of the more complex transactions whether it has been strategic planning for a clients growth or disposition strategy. His experience includes land development ground-up opportunities executed on behalf of users, investors, and developers.

John served on Foundrys Operating Committee for two terms from 2018 to 2021 and was involved in strategic planning for the Foundry Platform. Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, John worked with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer leading the landlord representation office and life science practice and assumed the role of Managing Broker of the Raleigh office. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, John founded the Raleigh office of Cushman & Wakefield, previously known as Cassidy TurleyColliers Pinkard, as Managing Partner.
