ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT John Hanlon

With more than 30 years of real estate leadership focusing on commercial investments for public and private companies, John Hanlon brings a depth of expertise in acquisition, development, asset management and operations to his role at First Industrial Realty Trust.

As Senior Investment Development Officer, Mr. Hanlon leads First Industrials investment strategy and initiatives across the NE region. He leverages extensive market knowledge and experience to originate new opportunities in the region that benefit our investors and provide real estate solutions for customers.

Just prior to joining First Industrial, Mr. Hanlon served as principal for the Hayden Maguire Real Estate Fund and senior acquisitions officer for Hayden Real Estate Investments, where he led the acquisition and development activities for the firm.

Earlier, Mr. Hanlon held senior leadership roles with several leading real estate firms. He was Managing Director at Cornerstone Real Estate Funds, where he led and managed all aspects of U.S. real estate investments and operations. Previously, he was First Vice President and Market Officer at Prologis, where he conducted all development and acquisition capital deployment in the NE and oversaw the New Jersey and Pennsylvania portfolios and regional operations teams for the REIT.
