ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT John Ginder

John Ginder is an Associate Vice President with Caldwell's Industrial Brokerage Team is plays an important role in the growth of our Industrial Tenant and Landlord representation services. He will work with clients on new leases, renewals, relocations, purchases and financial analysis. He will work with both new and existing clients to manage their real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Caldwell, John was with Weingarten Realty and Brixmor Property Group. He has nearly 10 years of experience as a Retail broker.

He is active in many organizations is the Co-Chair for Houston's ICSC Next Generation Chapter. He's also Co-Chair for Houston Ducks Unlimited Planning Committee and is a member of Houston's First Baptist Church.

John is an outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing when he is away from the office.
