Since his start in the commercial real estate industry in 2005, John DeMarco has self-built a commercial real estate team that has successfully sold over 600 million dollars in real estate since its inception. He and his team have earned their clients millions of dollars in strategic acquisitions and resales. DeMarco's specialization includes selling all commercial real estate, industrial real estate, investment properties, business sales and acquisitions, wealth management, strategic client acquisitions, 1031 tax-deferred transactions, and senior housing facility ALF's. DeMarco founded this mortgage division to offer his real estate clients a means to close transactions more transparently and efficiently. The motto has developed key lending relationships to close on both conventional mortgages and the more challenging non-conventional loans. They originate and close on commercial loans, residential loans, private hard money loans and are considered lending experts.

John DeMarco believes it is essential to give back to the local community, giving him so much. He donates financially and physically to several charitable organizations, including the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami, Saint Gregory Church, the Jewish Community Services of South Florida JCSFL, the Children's Miracle Network, and the Great Strides Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, to name a few.
