ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT John Berger

John Berger is presently President and a Founding Principal at Lee & Associates - Pasadena, Inc. He specializes in helping Businesses and individuals with the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial properties in the greater Los Angeles area. Mr. Berger has negotiated a number of significant transactions, including negotiating the sale of over $100 million dollars of property in 2020. Services include site selection, lease negotiations and audit, acquisition and disposition consulting and facilitation.

Mr. Berger resides in Altadena with his wife, Jennifer, of 18 years and his two daughters, Madeleine and Grace. Outside of the office, Mr. Berger enjoys spending time at his family's home in Sweden and on the golf course.

Before joining Lee & Associates - Pasadena, Inc., Mr. Berger spent 10 years at Coldwell Banker Commercial, where he was consistently recognized as a top producer, John Berger began his career as a Financial Advisor for Morgan Stanley in their Private Client Wealth Management division, working closely with individuals and families regarding the oversight and management of their liquid assets. John then served as an Investment Advisor for the UBS Private Client Group, as a part of one of the most successful teams in the region.
