John Andrews serves as a leader of SVNs multifamily team in the South Florida tri-county market. John specializes in the acquisition, disposition and strategic value add planning for multifamily properties. Previous to joining SVN, John has enjoyed an entrepreneurial career as a local business owner and real estate investor. In 2018, John successfully sold a family owned business which he and his spouse built from the ground up, and thereafter shifted his focus solely to investment real estate. John is a consistent high producer, having been involved in an average of more than 16 commercial real estate transactions per year.

As a Boca Raton native, John has an encyclopedic knowledge of the local markets and uses his expertise to advise clients in meeting their real estate portfolio goals and objectives. Being deeply involved in the market and aligned with the values built in to the Core Covenants of SVN, John constantly strives to bring immense value to his clients, community and colleagues through collaboration, hard work, and strategic asset management. John graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with majors in Management and Strategic Marketing.

If Johns not talking CRE, hes probably spending time with his family, freediving, spearfishing on the local reefs, or out trolling for wahoo. John is married to his incredible wife Katie, and has two young sons, Kai and Bodhi.
