Joe Marburger joined NewQuest Properties in 2020 as an Associate specializing in the sale of Land to developers in multiple asset categories including: Hospitality, Retail, Office, Industrial and Multi-family. Joe's brokerage experience stretches to the East coast, where he worked for the hospitality department at Coldwell Banker Commercial in Orlando, Florida. Originally native to Atlanta, he has made the move to NewQuest to continue his career in the fast-growing and vibrant Houston market. As a thought leader, Joe uses his market knowledge, analytical skills and his technological resources to make precise and calculated decisions for his clients.
