Since 2003, Joe has exclusively represented tenants primarily in suburban Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire, assisting them in strategic facility planning, site selection, financial analysis and lease negotiations. Joe's broad range of real estate transaction experience includes lease renewals, relocations, dispositions, lease buyouts and saleleasebacks.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, coaching their youth sports teams, following Boston sports, and occasionally playing a few holes of golf.
