Jocelyn Bishop joined SVN | TRCA as a Business Broker and Advisor who specializes in the hospitality industry and liquor licenses. With more than 4 years of experience specific to the hospitality industry in the Pittsburgh area, along with over 20 years of retail management experience with both small independent and large Fortune 500 companies, she has a vast knowledge of every aspect of the retail and hospitality industry from the ground up. With a major focus in the area of beer distributors and liquor licenses over the course of the past two years, this has allowed for her to build an impressive and extensive network across the entire state of Pennsylvania. The hospitality industry, no matter what city or metro area you visit, is a close-knit community. To some brokers, a one-and-done approach and making themselves the most money possible is how they choose to operate their business, but for Jocelyn, the bigger picture and being focused on the success of every client, every day, has proven to be the most successful. A collaborative approach is always in the best interest of the client, as well as potential buyers, to get the client the most money possible for the clients years of dedication and hard work, and also ensures that the new owner is in the right location and set up for success.

Ms. Bishop is a dedicated and passionate go-getter, with a high level of integrity and whose sole focus and drive for success is 100 motivated by her passion for the retail and hospitality industries and building and maintaining authentic relationships with clients. Her compassionate nature and being known for her honesty have paved the road for her success in the hospitality and liquor license brokerage industries. She has built and maintained many important connections with centers of influence in the restauranthospitality industry and liquor license industry. Jocelyn graduated from Penn Foster with an AAS in Paralegal Studies and prior to her retail and business brokerage career, worked in law firms which focused solely on real estate and commercial real estate transactions.

Jocelyn spent most of her childhood growing up in Western New York. She is dedicated mother to one son and two dogs. She is a food enthusiast and enjoys traveling, skiing, the outdoors, arts and music, and supporting her son with his passion for acting. She is also a proponent of inclusion for special needs children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder, and enjoys being of support to other parents who are also raising children with special needs.
