ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Joanne Vollmer Mirelez

Joanne focuses on office and retail leasing and building sales. She uses her analytical, research, and communication skills to help investors and business owners navigate through commercial real estate transactions. Her experience includes real estate research, office & retail leasing, investment sales, land brokerage, commercial property management, and asset management and dispositions. She earned the Certified International Property Specialist CIPS designation.

Ms. Mirelez returned to her studies and earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration MHA at Trinity University in San Antonio in 1998. After her Administrative Residency at Warm Springs Rehabilitation System, she spent a decade in the air and ground EMS and ambulance billing business involved with financial analysis and business development. She returned to CRE in 2007 as Marketing Director for Coldwell Banker Commercial and returned to brokerage in 2009 with Investment Realty Co. When IRC merged their brokerage operations in 2021, Equity invited Joanne to join the San Antonio Team.

Joanne is proud to be both a fourth-generation San Antonian, and a second-generation Realtor.

During her free time, Joanne enjoys playing competitive tennis, stretching and strengthening at Pilates sessions, rooting for the San Antonio Spurs and Texas Longhorns, and traveling. She also enjoys shepherding and teaching school-age children in the Grace Point Kids program.
