ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Joan Krueger

Joan Krueger is a First Vice President at NAI Horizon. Focusing on office, retail, light industrial, and land asset classes, she proudly works primarily in the vibrant Southeast Valley. But, Joan relishes the opportunity to serve her clients anywhere they need within the state of Arizona. Joan joined NAI Horizon after four years at Bliss Realty and Investments. Prior to that she worked with REMAX Commercial and JHA Properties. Before entering Commercial Real Estate, Joan worked in the technology sector in international business development for more than 30 years. She gained a wealth of experience during four years on the Gilbert Town Council including a year as Vice Mayor; and six years with the Gilbert Planning Commission. These experiences taught her about entitlements, one of her biggest passions, as well as residential and commercial development requirements and processes.

As a resident of Gilbert, AZ Joan has served as a member of the Gilbert Sister Cities Board of Directors and the Fresh Start Womens Resource Center EVPositive Paths Board of Directors. In addition, she has served in leadership positions as Chair of the Dignity Health East Valley Foundation Board, the First United Methodist Church of Gilbert Trustees Board, the Gilbert Historical Society Board, and the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. She currently serves as the Chair of the Mesa Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee.
